Once a committee has identified an event or initiative, they must complete the Initiative Approval Form.
The complete form must be signed off by Abouna for his blessing in writing.
Once Abouna’s blessing is received, the committee lead must share the completed Initiative Approval Form that outlines the initiative and plan to ALL the other committees via email. A listserv of all committee chairs or their designate(s) will be created for this purpose.
The communications (IT) person will then make sure the event or initiative is posted on our website and other social media with contact information.
